Saxophonist and singer James Moody (March 26, 1925 – December 9, 2010) is perhaps best known for his version of ‘I’m in the the Mood For Love’, which became ‘Moody’s Mood for Love’. In this 1989 interview recounts making that song, and the racism he encountered while serving in the U.S. military.
