National Night Out

National Night Out is a event for neighbors to get out and meet each other. It’s the 2nd Tuesday in August. What makes a good neighborhood? We hear about neighbors who fixed the gates, poisoned the dog, threw their garbage in the front yard (did they think they were composting?), paid to plow everyone’s driveway, bad college dormitory neighbors (oh, the horror!)
